About Pay4Top
Pay4Top is a single public leaderboard where placement is grouped into tiers by one number: how much you’ve paid, in total, ever. No engagement score, no algorithmic boost, no editorial review deciding who “deserves” a spot.
Why tiers, not a normal ad slot?
A normal sponsored placement is opaque — you rarely know what it actually costs to be featured, or what tier your spend puts you in. Here, the price for each tier is public and fixed: cross a tier’s threshold and you’re in it, full stop.
How placement works
Every listing has a running total of everything ever paid toward it. That total determines which tier it sits in — see the Rules page for the exact thresholds. Submit the same link again with a new payment and it tops up the existing listing rather than creating a duplicate — your spend is cumulative.
Nothing here is organic
We label every listing as a paid placement, on every card, not just on this page. Nobody should mistake this directory for a curated “best of” list — every tier here was purchased, not editorially selected.

No guarantee — a higher tier means more prominent placement on the board (Featured over Promoted over Listed), which tends to attract more clicks, but actual traffic depends on visitors and their interest.
